Sunday we flew into SanJose, CA...the kids flew in the next day and Wednesday we drove our caravan up to Ashland for the Shakespeare Festival. Here's the link to the town: http://www.thebestofashland.com/index.asp Love this place. We have a great two story sort of Victorian house that is just gorgeous. Our room has double doors with glass door knobs and beautiful molding around it...then the bed is so fluffy and comfortable. We have a bathroom that has a claw footed tub and last night I soaked in it and read my book while the guys played poker.
I wanted to get some walking in, so this morning Mac and I went for a walk down to Main St. and back. Now we're getting ready to head back down there and have lunch. Mac wants to try one of the pubs. There are lots of shops and places to eat, there's a little river that runs through and there is live music down there. We may see a movie later today...there's an old theater that's still used for movies.
I don't have any scales but I have been eating well...fish tacos (minus the taco) last night, omelet this morning, chicken, veggies and fruit. So things are going great.
