Well it's Thursday, and I've only lost a 1/2 a pound this week. But I'm not worried, I was told when you're not losing pounds, you're probably losing inches. I've been walking 4 miles a day, 5 days a week, and today I started taking 2 short walks at work which I believe add up to 1 mile. I sit all day and work on the computer so I feel like I should get up and get outside at least for 2 short breaks.

Just for kicks I did take some of my measurements and since June 1st I've lost 5 inches in my chest and hips and 4.5 in my waist. Lovin it!

Mac just got home and we're going to figure out what to fix for dinner.

Saturday we're going roller skating!! woohooooooo We'll check in Sunday.
