We're so lucky to have a great place to stay with Mac's sister, Kim. Her home in Willow Glen is awesome! We have our own apartment on the ground floor, and it opens to a common garden and patio that we love.
We've been doing some exploring around here, lots of cute places.
We did trivia night at the Grapevine with Kim, took a walk and movie in Palo Alto (we saw Dial M for Murder), dinner at Mac's fav El Burro, dinner and a lecture with Kim (Ken Burns on his new documentary about the National Parks), lunch bunch in Santa Cruz, walk at the Lexington Dam, laying out with my friend Wesley and our weekend coffee made by the best barista in town.
March 25th we celebrated our five year anniversary! We started with a drink at a Tequila bar, dinner at Left Bank, and topped off our night at an outdoor wine bar with a champagne toast.
Mac has settled into his new job at Moffett Field and I'm in search of one for myself. My daily routine, make coffee, get online and apply/talk to recruiters, head out to the patio in the afternoon and chill on the patio. =)
We had our first Easter with some of the Dinnings, brunch at Steamers in Los Gatos. Check out my stylish mother-in-law, Anita. We went into some shops after brunch and all the sales people were oohing and ahhing over her cute little outfit.
Mac made his famous beef enchiladas last night, YUMMM! He's seriously itching to get back in the kitchen and I say, please do sir, please do.
