Update

I haven't been blogging lately. Ever since we got back from Texas it's been busy busy busy!

Mac has been traveling and we were supposed to go skiing this past weekend, but Mac wasn't feeling well so we stayed home. Wintergreen is where we were going to ski at, it's just a few hours away from here, so just a day trip.

So Friday night Mac flew in around 1130 and he was tired. Awww! Saturday I went to check out the Williamsburg YMCA with my friend Jessie. It's really nice and she and I decided to join at the end of the month. (and Mac) After our tour of the Y, we checked out some shops at CW and ate lunch at the Cheese Shop. Good times. When I got home poor Mac had gone back to bed and was trying to get over a headache. =(

Sunday we decided to put the ski trip off till next Saturday and we drove up to Richmond to have lunch with Scott and ck out fish at a couple of very cool aquiriums up there.

This is a French place we ate called Can Can, so cute! It's on Cary St. in Richmond.

Scott enjoying his MonteCristo sandwich.

Aww, Mac feeling better.

Here's the new fish we picked up...on the right. It's a Sail Fin. Pretty!

That's about all I have for now. Mac and I are hoping for snow!! But doubt we'll see any. Scott called today and said he had flurries up in Richmond.

We are counting down the days to our 1 year anniversary! Mac booked us a trip back to Hawaii. There's still so much we haven't seen. I got a wet suit and we're going to try to do a shore dive. I've never done it, but Mac has been diving for years.

I'm sure we'll have some great pics to share!

Have a great week!
xoxo

Brrrrrr

Well, it's cold in Virginia, but Mac has been even colder this week as he is in White Sands, NM. He's been out there for a test his group had to do, which they do at 1AM and it takes several hours...the temp has been zero and apparently below zero! Brrr Campers, that's cold!

It's been really busy at work, and we're just trying to get back into the groove. Valerie gave me some of the pics she took at the reception...here's a few:

First I should say, I had no idea we'd be singing kareokee ALL night! But it was fun.

Here's Kim, Mimi, Dayna, Carla, Ashley, Pam, Paige and me. (and all in cowboy hats! yee haw)

Martin, Mac and Kay...love the hat!

Cutting the cake

Lovely! Look how gently I'm placing the cake in Mac's mouth, yet he is literally shoving it in mine!

And beautiful, it's now inside the front of my dress.
